Snow in the south

In the 10 years that I have lived in South Carolina, we have never had this much snow. We had 8 1/2 inches. It started Friday afternoon and continued through the night but quickly melted the next day. Here are some pictures of the fun. Carter playing in the snow, soon after it started...

Mommy, Carter and Abby in the snow. We did not really bundle up much, as you can see there was not much.

A close up of Abby in her second snow. It snowed in Indiana at Christmas. Neither time was she impressed.

Not a happy girl.

Carter and Mommy went outside once there was more snow. It was so funny, all you could hear outside were kids playing in the snow. We made a "Snow Blob". Carter did not really want to help me, he just wanted to knock things over, but I was determined to make one. This is the best I could do in the dark.

The next morning, we woke up to this out our back window. Carter quickly bundled up (thanks to Grandma getting him snow stuff in Indiana) and headed outside. He played for over an hour.

Carter happy in the snow.

Interesting that you would post snow pictures on the same day I post pictures of daffodils.

Abby's walking!
